Confirm the available space, access times, lift or stair arrangements and power supply. Let the team know about loading restrictions and the venue contact person.
Design and inclusions
List your preferred backdrop, photo-strip wording, colours and any props you would like. Ask for written confirmation of prints, digital photos, attendant service and setup.
Before you book
Review the LKR quotation, payment schedule, delivery charges, cancellation conditions and what happens if your event plans change. Your enquiry becomes a booking only after the confirmation process is complete.
