Your event details and written quotation form the basis of a booking.
Requesting a quote
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Availability, price in LKR, equipment and inclusions must be confirmed in writing.
Before you confirm
Review the payment schedule, delivery and setup arrangements, cancellation terms and any venue requirements in your quotation. Ask for clarification before accepting.
Changes to your plans
Contact the team if your date, venue, guest numbers or operating hours change. Revised arrangements are subject to availability and a confirmed quotation.
